Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. As noted in the disclaimer, JoJo’s earrings and homewares are all hand made. They may have slight imperfections which does not distract from their beauty. As a handmade item, small imperfections add to the character of the piece and distinguish them as a handmade item. These are not mass produced and each item is unique. We do not give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please read the description carefully and view photos. All questions and queries are welcomed. You can choose between a refund or exchange when goods are faulty.
As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to JoJo’s Boom in the original condition and packaging intact within 21 days of purchase. If you have any problems or queries, small or large, please contact me at joannesarafis@outlook.com to discuss.
